Finding Clarity When the Path Feels Dim
We honor the wisdom in wounds. We believe resilience isn’t perfection—it’s the ability to endure, heal, and grow. We strive to create a nurturing space where individuals, families, and children are honored, witnessed, and supported in their journey toward strength.
Hi! I’m Stefanie…
…therapist and owner of Owlwise Therapy Studios. I specialize in supporting children, teens, and adults who are navigating trauma histories, anxiety, relationships, and big emotions that feel hard to manage alone. My approach is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and collaboration—therapy with me is not about judgment or “fixing,” but about making sense of your experiences and learning new ways to move through the world with clarity and self-trust.
The name Owlwise comes from the symbolism of the owl—insight, intuition, and the ability to hold both shadow and light. I view therapy the same way: as a space to explore what feels tender or confusing while honoring the resilience and wisdom you already carry.
Whether you're beginning therapy for the first time or returning to it with new goals, I’m here to walk with you—at your pace, in your voice, and with genuine care for the person you’re becoming.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in South Carolina, a Registered Play Therapist, and an LMFT Supervisor Candidate. My training includes specialized work with trauma, attachment, early childhood development, and parent-child relational healing.
Key training highlights include:
Rostered in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)
Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Clinical Certificate (SCIMHA)
Completed Brainspotting Phase 2
Advanced Perinatal Mental Health Psychotherapy (PSI)
