Healing Begins with Connection

I help children, adults, and families feel more understood, more connected, and more like themselves again through compassionate, trauma-informed therapy.

A dirt path winds through a forest of tall pine trees, with purple and pink blooming heather plants on either side.

You don’t have to navigate this alone.

Whether your child is struggling, your family feels disconnected, or you’re carrying more than you expected in this season of life, therapy can offer a steady, supportive place to land.

My approach is gentle, relational, and rooted in the belief that healing happens through safe, attuned connection. Together, we create space for understanding, growth, and meaningful change—at a pace that feels right for you.

  • Children navigating big emotions, anxiety, or behavioral challenges

  • Parents seeking support and tools to feel more confident and connected

  • Individuals moving through trauma, transitions, or feeling overwhelmed

  • Families wanting to strengthen relationships and communication

Hi! I’m Stefanie…

…therapist and owner of Owlwise Therapy Studios. I specialize in supporting children, teens, and adults who are navigating trauma histories, anxiety, relationships, and big emotions that feel hard to manage alone. My approach is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and collaboration—therapy with me is not about judgment or “fixing,” but about making sense of your experiences and learning new ways to move through the world with clarity and self-trust.

The name Owlwise comes from the symbolism of the owl—insight, intuition, and the ability to hold both shadow and light. I view therapy the same way: as a space to explore what feels tender or confusing while honoring the resilience and wisdom you already carry.

Whether you're beginning therapy for the first time or returning to it with new goals, I’m here to walk with you—at your pace, in your voice, and with genuine care for the person you’re becoming.
