Clinical Supervision for LMFT and LPC Associate Therapists

I offer clinical supervision for LMFT-Associates and LPC-Associates seeking thoughtful, supportive, and developmentally informed supervision. My supervision style is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in ethical practice, with an emphasis on helping clinicians grow in confidence, clinical judgment, and professional identity.

Supervision sessions focus on case conceptualization, diagnostic clarity, systemic and relational interventions, and the integration of theory with real-world clinical practice. I also intentionally incorporate self-of-the-therapist work, supporting clinicians in exploring how their own experiences, beliefs, emotional responses, and nervous systems show up in the therapy room. This reflective process helps deepen clinical effectiveness, increase attunement, and reduce burnout.

I prioritize creating a collaborative and reflective space where questions are welcomed, strengths are identified, and challenges are approached with curiosity rather than criticism. As a Supervisor Candidate and educator in a graduate-level Marriage and Family Therapy program, I am committed to supporting associates as they build competence, accountability, and sustainability in their clinical work. Supervision is paced to meet each clinician’s learning style while maintaining high standards for ethical and effective care.
